Danville clinched second place in 3A Area 15 with their 41-30 win over Vinemont Friday night.
The Lady Hawks led 9-1 after the first and 18-6 at halftime. Vinemont cut the lead to 27-17 heading to the final quarter.
Madilyn McCreless finished with 11 points to lead Danville (8-7, 4-1). Sisters, Brityan and Blayne Godfrey each finished with 10 points.
Madysen Hacker finished with a game-high 13 to lead Vinemont (4-16, 1-4).
