The Decatur Heritage Eagles and the Hartselle Tigers are the only Morgan County teams in this week's ASWA rankings.
The Eagles (2-0) moved up to No. 5 from No. 6 after defeating 3A Carbon Hill 26-16 last week. Decatur Heritage travels to No. 9 Valley Head for a 1A Top 10 showdown on Friday.
The Tigers (2-0) moved into the 6A Top 10 after defeating Jackson-Olin 39-6 last week. Hartselle hits the road for the first time this week as they travel to Cullman to open region play. The Tigers defeated the Bearcats 35-14 last season.
Priceville (2-0) and West Morgan (2-0) received votes in 4A, but neither made it into the Top 10.
