Rogers broke open a one-point game, 31-30, at halftime by outscoring Danville 21-7 in the third quarter on their way to a 67-53 win on Thursday.
KJ Melson finished with a game-high 30 points and eight rebounds to lead Danville (11-5). Dylan Parker had a double-double, 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Peyton Peoples had 20 points for Rogers, while Ashton Olive pitched in 16 points.
