West Morgan jumped out to a 41-30 halftime lead and held off a late Brewer rally to get a 71-65 win.
Carson Muse scored 28 points to lead the Rebels while Dylan Ward had 16 points.
Brewer was led by Tamarian Watkins, who finished with 19 points. Dawson Lindsey and Mann McLemore each added 17 points.
