The Lady Bearcats went on a 28-5 run in the second quarter to take a 42-13 lead at halftime.
Hope West scored eight points to lead Brewer, while Reagan Lowery had six, and Pressley Wimberly added five.
Cullman’s Ava McSwain led all scorers with 15 points.
